2026 Burbank International Film Festival
The MENTAL team had another exciting festival moment at the 2026 Burbank International Film Festival, joining filmmakers, actors, and industry professionals for a week celebrating independent film in the heart of Burbank.
The 2026 festival ran August 2–8 and included more than 120 screenings, filmmaker Q&As, panels, red-carpet events, after-parties, and its closing awards ceremony. Screenings were held at AMC Burbank 16, with the festival culminating in its Closing Night Gala and Awards Ceremony at the Burbank Marriott Convention Center.
For the MENTAL cast and production team, BIFF was a great opportunity to celebrate the film, connect with other creatives, and be part of a festival dedicated to independent storytelling. The event also brought together members of the team for photos, festival events, and a chance to enjoy the experience together away from the set.
The Burbank International Film Festival focuses on showcasing independent filmmakers from around the world while supporting diverse voices and emerging talent. The festival presents awards across numerous categories and works to create opportunities for filmmakers to build connections within the entertainment industry.
As MENTAL continues its festival run, each event brings another chance to share the film with new audiences and celebrate the people who helped bring it to life.
A big thank you to the Burbank International Film Festival for another memorable week of film, creativity, and community.
