MENTAL: An Improvisational Mockumentary

Join us for a special screening of MENTAL, a bold, genre-bending mockumentary created by Hidden Hills resident Laura Gross and starring Laura Gross, Abigail Breslin and Denise Fennell.

Set at the fictional Happy Pines Mental Resort, MENTAL uses edgy satire, dark comedy and unexpected moments of humanity to explore mental illness in America — and asks the question: Who’s truly “mental”?

Think The Office meets Curb Your Enthusiasm with a decidedly unconventional twist.

The project has already received recognition on the film-festival circuit, including honors for directing and acting.
